 Spinach With Cheese and Corn

 

 


 

Ingredients:

  • Flour (maida) -2 tbsp
  • Spinach - 500gm (Approx 4 cups chopped spinach)
  • American corn kernels - 1 tin (drained)
  • Mozzarella cheese - 3 tbs
  • Butter - 2tbsp
  • Milk - 1 1/2 cup
  • Salt, pepper to taste

 

Recipe Direction:

  • In a microwave- safe dish, put chopped spinach and corn and microwave covered for 5 to 6 min at 100% power.
  • In a bowl, Mix milk and maida together, avoiding any lumps and keep aside.
  • In another microwave -safe dish, add butter and microwave it at 100% for 30 to 35 seconds.
  • Add steamed spinach and corn, milk and maida sauce and all other ingredients and mix well and microwave covered at 100%  for 3 to 5 min. Stir in between.
  • Serve hot with main meal or snack.
