Spinach With Cheese and Corn
Ingredients:
- Flour (maida) -2 tbsp
- Spinach - 500gm (Approx 4 cups chopped spinach)
- American corn kernels - 1 tin (drained)
- Mozzarella cheese - 3 tbs
- Butter - 2tbsp
- Milk - 1 1/2 cup
- Salt, pepper to taste
Recipe Direction:
- In a microwave- safe dish, put chopped spinach and corn and microwave covered for 5 to 6 min at 100% power.
- In a bowl, Mix milk and maida together, avoiding any lumps and keep aside.
- In another microwave -safe dish, add butter and microwave it at 100% for 30 to 35 seconds.
- Add steamed spinach and corn, milk and maida sauce and all other ingredients and mix well and microwave covered at 100% for 3 to 5 min. Stir in between.
- Serve hot with main meal or snack.
